Looking at products (and product data) all day every day teaches you something about consumer behavior. I joke that I'm clairvoyant and know what people want to buy, but in reality I know that these are all just educated guesses based on years of research and analysis (maybe a bit of skill and good taste too). And that comes in handy, especially when I need to predict which pieces of a new collection will sell out first so I can 1.) add pieces, My wardrobe that others who hesitate get too late, and 2.) share the wealth with others who also long for the feeling of success that comes with a great shopping find.
