Spruce pitch is traditionally used as a topical treatment for psoriasis, burns, wounds, eczema, athlete's foot, diaper rash, and cold sores. It is also used as a chest and sinus rub for congestion. Bottles contain 50 ml of Spruce Pitch oil.
