Red Dead Salvation free download gives fans what they've been begging for

The word “masterpiece” is used a lot in the world of entertainment, be it a film, a television series or a video game, and it is this very world that is often associated with the 2018 classic. Red Dead Redemption 2.#

Developed by Rockstar Games, Red Dead Redemption 2 is the sequel to the other critically acclaimed game in the series, 2010's Red Dead Redemption. However, rather than being a direct sequel, Red Dead Redemption 2 is in fact a prequel to the 2010 game that tells the story of the infamous Dutch Van der Linde gang, with players taking on the role of one of its leading members, Arthur Morgan.

Check out Red Dead Salvation gameplay below!

“Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang are outlaws on the run. With federal agents and the best bounty hunters in the country on their heels, the gang must rob, steal, and fight their way across America's harsh heartland to survive,” the synopsis reads Red Dead Redemption 2. “As deepening internal divisions threaten to tear the bonds apart, Arthur must make a choice between his own ideals and loyalty to the gang that raised him.”

Unfortunately that is not possible. But a great free mod, now available for download via Nexusmods, changes all that, well, mostly.

The mod in question is called “Red Dead Salvation” and was created by an indie developer called RedPed. “This is just before Arthur’s last mission. Arthur's journey doesn't stop. With this mod we can now play as Arthur and roam New Austin, Tall Trees, Great Plains and Blackwater. After escaping Beaver Hollow with the remnants of the gang. However, the journey to Colter is just the beginning,” reads the mod’s description.

As Red Dead Redemption 2 Obviously this is not a Bethesda game, this awesome mod is only compatible with the PC version of the game. If I'm like that, the final moments of Red Dead Redemption 2 If it's still causing you pain to this day, you might want to take a look at this mod.
