The Cardinals had an official visit with Marvin Harrison Jr. on Friday

It finally happened. The Arizona Cardinals had Ohio State wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. on an official top-30 visit to Tempe. According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoportthis visit took place on Friday.

Harrison is the draft prospect most linked to the Cardinals, who hold the fourth overall pick in the 2024 draft.

With three quarterbacks expected to be selected with the first three picks of the draft, the Cardinals should be fairly confident in their ability to select Harrison, considered by many to be the best receiver prospect in this draft class and perhaps the best player overall . Some call him the best prospect since AJ Green and Julio Jones when it comes to certainty.

The 6-foot-3 star had over 1,200 yards receiving in each of the last two seasons for the Buckeyes with two different quarterbacks. He has length, playmaking ability, elite athleticism and is the son of Hall of Fame receiver Marvin Harrison.

The Cardinals had already met Harrison at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis and now had the opportunity to sit down for an extended period of time and get to know him better.

The NFL Draft begins April 25th. We'll know soon if Harrison will be the newest Cardinal.
